37th Annual Rocky Mountain Ball
Welcome to our Government Guests!
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to effectively and comfortably have the 37th NDIA-RMC Rocky Mountain Ball this year. We appreciate your support and hope you will be back with us next year to celebrate again. We are finalizing the date for next year and will have that out shortly on this web site. Lt Gen John Thompson, SMC/CC, will still receive his Hartinger Award and hopefully will be with us next year. The IMAGE tournament will go on with social distancing restrictions and Joe Kahoe is still looking for golfers to participate. Thank you again for your continuing support of the NDIA Rocky Mountain Chapter and the Ball.

You have reached the Government Guest registration webpage. This webpage is for the exclusive use of invited government guests who have received invitations to the 2019 National Defense Industrial Association Rocky Mountain Chapter 37th Annual Rocky Mountain Ball.
The National Defense Industrial Association Rocky Mountain Chapter is proud to be presenting the 37th Annual Rocky Mountain Ball. This year’s ball will be held at Hotel Elegante Conference and Event Center on August 21, 2020. This Mess Dress/ Black Tie event is a long-standing tradition with Colorado Springs military and national defense industry communities. We invite you to participate.
We will once again present the Hartinger Award at the Ball honoring a significant contributor to the US military space mission. We will be posting more information about the Hartinger Award recipient as we get closer to the Ball.
We will also present our Patriot Awards honoring military members who have gone above and beyond in the performance of their mission. We will be posting more information about the Patriot Awards recipient as we get closer to the Ball.
The Ball is hosted by the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Association with NDIA member companies participating with the purchase of tables, sponsorships, or seats at the event. Government guests, as always, are not charged for attending and are seated with industry hosts. Government guests at the general officer level are seated in the VIP area. With the purchase of a ten-seat table, the industry provides four seats at their table for government guests which are assigned by the Ball Committee. The Ball Committee uses great care in the seating process to avoid potential conflicts of interest between the government and industry participants.
- NDIA Ball attendees must be 21 years or older.
